She is a top-producing agent with Toronto firm Chestnut Park Real Estate Brokerage, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, having achieved over $651 million in new development sales to date.
A well-respected specialist in the luxury real estate marketplace, Kristen was instrumental in selling and managing sales for the entirety of the exclusive condominiums above the Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto on behalf of Westbank, one of the world’s most recognized developers. In addition to the Shangri-La she also assisted in the sales and marketing of Vancouver House designed by Starchitect Bjarke Ingles (named one of CNN’s most anticipated buildings in 2020) and her most recent endeavour was a successful launch of Toronto’s most iconic residential offering, Bjarke Ingles’ KING Toronto, achieving one of the highest average PPSF for a project in the industry.
